In front of the house there is a terrace with a separate area for socializing, sunbathing and relaxing. There are two windows in this main living room, one overlooking the front of the house and the entrance garden. In contrast, another window leads out to the back of the house and a fenced, private garden of sufficient size to build a swimming pool.

From the living room you enter the completely renovated kitchen with underfloor heating. The kitchen is connected to the bathroom, also with underfloor heating. In this part of the house was the original Istrian stone cistern, which was in operation when the current owners bought the property. The chamber is now drained, and the former cistern was located in front of the entrance.
